Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In addition, we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item is faulty, we will send a new one once we receive the defective item.
If a refund is requested, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of Old School Dice receiving the item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently offer our retail customers FREE Shipping once they hit $25 per order. That is typically just one to three items. Below $25, we use USPS standard rates based on product weight. Typically USPS will take 3-5 business days from the point we send it.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Wholesale accounts have their own shipping pricing. Please contact us regarding wholesale account questions.
Your credit card or Paypal account is charged at the time of the pre-order. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us and request that your pre-order be cancelled. Be sure to include your order number. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
